Eastern Steel Coke Energy 1# Waste Heat Boiler has Bring onto Line and put into Production Successfully

At 1:58 pm of February 16, Eastern Steel Coke Energy 1# Waste Heat Boiler has successfully bring onto 55MW Power Generation and put into production successfully.

The installation of 1# Waste Heat Boiler was start from June 1 2021, it lasted 251 days until finished within the support of company management team and relevant departments. The general contractor of Jianlong-Chuanguo has uphold the fighting spirit of “Building from Basic, Strive for Excellence”, carry out boiler equipment installation, hydraulic test, pickling, overall thermal commissioning, pipeline purging and other boiler start-up preparations according to the project progress to ensure that the boiler is qualified and able to put into operation and bring onto line.

The 1# Waste Heat Boiler is recovering the high-temperature waste heat of 1# and 3# Coke Ovens to produce qualified steam and bring onto 55MW Power Generation for recycling energy. The Waste Heat Boiler is not only contributing to environmental protection, but also laying the foundation for the future 2.7 million tons of production capacity.
