Eastern Steel Carry Out Medical Surveillance Program

28 February, HSE department was organize a one-day medical surveillance program from 9.00am to 5.00pm at conference room and conducted by two occupational health doctor (OHD) from Clinic Annur. The surveillance was aim for those workers that being exposed to chemical at workplace area. Total 67 staffs managed to take part in the surveillance.

As a people-oriented company, Eastern Steel is always committing to improve the welfare, safety & health of our staff. It also comply with Department of Occupational Safety & Health (DOSH) regulation USECHH 2000 that medical surveillance program must be done once a year. And we also plan to conduct hearing tests for staffs who being exposed to noise at workplace area in the middle of March.
