In the evening of 24 Apr, ESSB Hari Raya Aidilfitri Event 2025 was held on stadium of living quarters. ESSB management team and all Muslim staffs were gathered to celebrate the festival.

The event was kicked off with solemn praying ceremony. Then, Dato Tee Choon Hock, the director of ESSB was delivered a sincere speech on behalf of company. He said that: today, I would like to wish every Muslim staff and their families for their dedication and contribution they have made. Your efforts have made ESSB greater. In recent years, as ESSB keep growing, our colleagues consist of people of different nation, languages and beliefs. We working, sharing and to growing together. We respect each other, embrace our differences, and caring for each other. The harmony is not only our proud, but also the most valuable asset of ESSB. Tonight is a celebration for everyone—a time to relax, enjoy, and gathering. We hope everyone could eat well, talk freely, laugh happily, and have a warm and joyful Hari Raya Aidilfitri Event.

Afterwards, the captivating programs were took the stage. The traditional Malay dance performed by Production and Technical Department was kicked off the evening. Solo performances by members from Ironmaking Department, Civil Department, Procurement Department, and Coke Energy Department showcased unique styles, highlighting the diverse talents of ESSB staffs. Then, Maintenance, HRM, and Steelmaking Department were presented thrilling Silat and Kung Fu performances which filled with strength and spirit, and drew rounds of enthusiastic applause. Besides, the duet performed by Logistics Team and HSES Department was impressed by its perfect harmonious and heartfelt emotion, and the chorus performed by Power Energy Department touched the audience with their fresh and melodious singing.

Among these performances, “Raya Yang Sempurna" performed by HSES Department choir have brought the event to the climax. The melodious tune and the heartfelt rendition were won the unstoppable applause and cheering.

The lucky draw session was the most anticipated part of the night. Total of 327 set of attractive prizes, including laptops, tablets, induction cookers, latex pillows, etc. The unstoppable cheerful and applause comes with the announcement of the winner every time.

The sumptuous Malay tradition meals also prepared for the participants. Everyone has enjoyed the delicious meals and spend a wonderful evening together.

The Hari Raya Aidilfitri Event is not only a simply festival celebration. It reflects the ESSB's spirit of caring for staffs and respect culture diversity. In the future, ESSB will keep adhere the value of inclusive to forge ahead with every staff for launch a new chapter of development.
